I’ve been going to pt sessions with will for just under a year now and can honestly it’s been worth every penny. Will not only trains me in the gym but any time I’m struggling with diet or training whilst he isn’t there I can phone him or message him. Going to PT sessions with will motivates me and has helped me reach my goals. I started off going twice a week for 10 weeks then cut down to once a week, I felt the first few weeks were vital in getting into a new routine. I now go once every 2 weeks to keep everything in check
