Are you passionate about what your doing?
Are you passionate about what you do? Don't get me wrong. Everyone has a Lull period in where they are fed up with their job or can't motivate themselves for the gym (usually around Christmas time when a lot is on and nights get darker earlier).
There's nothing wrong with taking a step back from it all and assessing what's your priority at the time. If your normally used to doing the gym 5 time a week but due to Christmas commitments it will cause you stress and upset if you still do 5 times a week, knock it down to 3 times. That way you can keep on track with your goal. But not cause yourself extra stress. Otherwise what may happen is you completely drop in motivation due to other commitments and stop all together...
- So many people just tick over with their workouts and work in general. This is one of the reasons we prescribe programme designs to our members because they love having the structure of a professionally designed programme rather than "winging" it themselves. They see good quality results off a structure and that's what they love.
- If your lacking in motivation or not wanting to do something. Take a step back and assess what your priority is and then act off that!
